The candidates must meet the minimum required eligibility standards as set by Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP). The eligibility criteria in terms of age limit and educational qualification are mentioned below.

ITBP Driver Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the eligibility for shortlisting to the next stage of the recruitment process i.e. Physical Standards Test (PST) will be done through their performances as per the following parameters. The PET test is qualifying in nature and no marks will be awarded for the PET test.

ITBP Driver Physical Standards Test (PST)

The candidates who qualify for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be screened for Physical Standards Test (PST) i.e. Height, Chest, and Weight measurements. The candidates who do not fulfill the laid down physical standard will be eliminated. The candidate’s Weight should be Corresponding to height and age as per medical standards. The candidates who qualify for PST Test will have to appear in a written examination.

• The written exam consists of OMR-based objective-type multiple-choice questions.
• The examination contains 100 questions for 100 marks.
• The duration of the exam is 2 Hours/ 120 Minutes.
• The exam will only be conducted in English and Hindi.
• The level of the exam is 10th Level.
